PUBLIC OFFER
OF THE POSPIH.COM PLATFORM

This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding public offer within the meaning of Articles 633, 638, and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. It sets forth the terms and conditions for accessing and using the online platform Pospih.com, as well as the rules governing interactions between Users. The terms of this Agreement are identical for all individuals, regardless of their legal status—whether a natural person, a sole proprietor, or a legal entity.
The owner and administrator of the Platform is Serhii Anatoliiovych Isaienko, a natural person registered in Ukraine. For legal correspondence, please contact: mail@pospih.com. Legal address: Ukraine, 03150 Kyiv, Vasyl Tyutyunnyk Street 53, Office 1133.
Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement occurs through the registration of a User Account, the posting or viewing of Listings, the initiation of interactions, the sending of requests, or any other action indicating an intent to use the Platform. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms full agreement with all provisions of this Agreement, including its annexes, policies, and internal rules.
Pospih.com is an online platform that facilitates the posting of Listings related to freight transportation, the search for services, and communication between Users. We are not a carrier, do not enter into agreements on behalf of Users, do not oversee the execution of such agreements, and are not liable for their content, quality, or outcomes.
All arrangements between Clients and Carriers are concluded directly, and the sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, accuracy of the information provided, timeliness, and the quality of services lies with the respective parties to such transactions.
- DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Acceptance means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement, expressed by performing any actions indicating the User’s intent to use the Platform.
- Administration means the person or entity that holds the rights to manage the Pospih.com Platform, ensures its technical operation, establishes the rules of use, and performs moderation functions.
- Client means a User who posts or submits a request for freight transportation services and is seeking a service provider for such transportation.
- User means any natural or legal person who has registered on the Platform or otherwise used its functionality. The term “User” includes, but is not limited to, both Clients and Carriers.
- User Account refers to a secure section of the Platform accessible to the User upon authorization, where profile information, listing history, messages, and other data related to Platform use are stored.
- Listing means an informational post created by a User on the Platform that offers or requests freight transportation services, including relevant conditions for such services.
- Agreement means this document, which constitutes a public offer to enter into an agreement for the use of the Pospih.com Platform in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
- Carrier/Service Provider means a User who posts Listings offering freight transportation services or responds to Client requests with the intent to provide such services.
- Platform refers to the web resource located at https://pospih.com, encompassing all its pages, sections, and functional modules, which enable Users to post, view, and search Listings, as well as communicate with other Users.
- SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
- This Agreement outlines the legal terms and conditions governing the use of the Pospih.com Platform, an online service that enables Users to post, search for, and view Listings related to freight transportation, as well as interact with other Users.
- Through the functionality of the Platform, Users are granted the ability to:
- publish Listings offering or requesting freight transportation services;
- provide details about trips and available cargo capacity;
- submit requests and communicate with other Users;
- negotiate service terms directly with one another.
- The Platform Administration provides Users with the technical and informational infrastructure necessary for posting Listings and facilitating interactions between parties, but does not act as a party to any agreements concluded between Users.
- Pospih.com is not a carrier, agent, representative, or intermediary of any party. The Platform assumes no liability for:
- the content, accuracy, or relevance of Listings;
- the actions or omissions of Users;
- the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any transportation services;
- the negotiation of prices, timelines, or service terms;
- the condition, legality, composition, safety, or compliance of cargo (parcels) with applicable laws, including customs, tax, or other regulations.
- All transactions, arrangements, and financial settlements are conducted directly between Users, at their sole risk and responsibility.
- The Platform Administration reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or block Listings and User Accounts that violate the terms of this Agreement, applicable law, or the principles of appropriate use of the Platform.
- The Pospih.com Platform is available to Users regardless of their citizenship or place of residence. The primary target audience of the Platform consists of Users located in Ukraine, the European Union, and other countries where the use of such online platforms is permitted under local law. All interactions between Users occur directly, at the discretion and risk of the parties, and must comply with the legislation of their respective jurisdictions.
- Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18. The Platform may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old, possess full legal capacity, and understand the legal consequences of their actions. Registration, account creation, conclusion of transactions, or participation in interactions on the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The Administration bears no liability for any harm caused by a User who provides false information about their age. The Administration reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and, upon discovering any violation, to block or delete the User Account without prior notice.
- SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE
- The Pospih.com Platform provides Users with the technical capability to post, view, and search for Listings related to freight transportation, as well as to communicate with potential Clients and Carriers.
- To access the full functionality of the Platform, users must complete the registration process (either manually or via social media integration), accept the terms of this Agreement, and verify their contact information.
- Submitting a request constitutes the initiation of a dialogue between Users and does not create any binding obligations for either party. The decision to provide or receive services is made independently by the Users based on the outcome of their communication.
- Users are required to provide only accurate and truthful information in their communications and to fulfill any agreements reached as a result of such interactions. The Platform does not verify or oversee the fulfillment of such agreements and is not a party thereto.
- Each request on the Platform is assigned one of the following statuses:
- "Pending Confirmation" - the request has been created and is awaiting a response from the other party.
- "Confirmed" - the request has been mutually accepted and is set for execution.
- "Declined" - the request has been rejected or is no longer relevant.
- Request statuses are distinct from Listing statuses, as defined in Section 4.2, which may be marked as: “active,” “cancelled,” or “completed” depending on the technical status or expiration of the Listing.
- The Platform does not automatically record or formalize agreements between Users. All arrangements concerning price, volume, timelines, transportation conditions, or cargo handover are the sole responsibility of the Users involved.
- The Administration does not monitor the content of communications between Users, does not intervene in the negotiation process, and does not act as an intermediary or guarantor of any such arrangements.
- PLATFORM FUNCTIONALITY
- The Pospih.com Platform is a digital environment designed to facilitate convenient and transparent interaction among Users interested in freight transportation. The Platform interface is structured to ensure a seamless and efficient process for searching, posting, and coordinating transportation services between private individuals, drivers, and other participants within the logistics chain.
- The core functionalities of the Platform include:
- For all Users (without registration):
- viewing publicly available Listings related to trips and cargo;
- using basic filters (e.g., departure city, destination city, weight, date);
- reviewing the key benefits of the Platform.
- For registered Users:
- creating a User Account via email or by signing in with Google or Facebook;
- accessing a personalized User Account with a unique ID;
- creating and editing Listings for trips or packages;
- submitting requests to other Users;
- viewing contact information of Carriers or Senders;
- engaging in direct communication via chat;
- viewing route maps and logistics parameters;
- managing request statuses (“Pending Confirmation,” “Confirmed,” “Declined”);
- tracking the status of Listings (“Active,” “Cancelled,” “Completed”) based on User actions or listing expiration;
- monitoring request history, including both sent and received requests.
- Listings on the Platform are divided into two main categories:
- Trips - posted by Service Providers / Carriers;
- Packages - posted by Senders / Clients.
- Each Listing contains essential details, including: route, type of transport, available or expected cargo weight, departure date, preferred delivery date, and, if applicable, a brief description of the contents.
- The functionality of the Platform is subject to ongoing updates and enhancements. Information regarding new features or functional limitations is published directly on the Platform.
- Access to certain Platform features may be restricted or suspended in the event of a violation of this Agreement, in cases stipulated by applicable law, and/or at the request of the Platform Administration for purposes of security, rights protection, or as a result of moderation activities.
- LISTING PUBLICATION AND CONTENT MODERATION
- Each Registered User has the right to create and publish Listings on the Platform, provided such actions comply with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law.
- Listings must contain accurate, clear, and up-to-date information relevant to the freight transportation or trip, including:
- the route (departure and arrival locations);
- the trip date or desired delivery date;
- the type of transport (for Carriers);
- the weight and nature of the cargo (for Clients);
- contact information (that does not violate the Platform’s publication rules).
- The User bears full responsibility for the content, accuracy, and legal compliance of the Listing, and in particular, must ensure that the Listing does not contain:
- false or misleading information;
- incitement to violence, discrimination, or infringement of third-party rights;
- offensive language, insults, or manipulative content;
- external links, advertisements for other services, or spam.
- The Platform Administration reserves the right, without providing justification, to:
- refuse to publish a Listing;
- temporarily hide or permanently delete a Listing that violates this Agreement;
- restrict or block a User’s access to certain Platform functionalities in the event of repeated violations.
- The publication of a Listing does not imply its prior review or approval by the Administration. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of any data posted by Users in Listings.
- In the event of a violation of the publication rules or upon receipt of a substantiated complaint from another User, the Administration reserves the right to:
- temporarily suspend the Listing;
- request clarification from the User or require that modifications be made;
- take any other measures provided for by the Platform’s internal policy.
- A User whose content has been moderated or restricted has the right to submit a justified request for reconsideration of the decision by contacting the Platform Administration through the feedback form or by writing to the official contact email address.
- USER AND ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- User Obligations
- The User is obligated to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, account creation, when publishing Listings, or when engaging in any interaction via the Platform.
- The User agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable legislation, including but not limited to the following:
- not to publish false, offensive, fraudulent, or unlawful information;
- not to infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
- not to send bulk messages, advertisements, spam, or otherwise misuse the Platform’s technical features.
- The User is solely responsible for reviewing the current version of this Agreement and must cease using the Platform in the event of disagreement with its terms.
- Any User who enters into transactions with other Users (whether as a Client or a Service Provider) is required to:
- fulfill their contractual obligations in good faith;
- maintain the confidentiality of communications;
- strictly comply with all applicable laws, particularly those relating to transportation, settlements, and personal data protection.
- The User is further obligated to:
- ensure the accuracy of the terms of service as specified in the Listings;
- notify the Client at least 24 hours in advance in case the service cannot be provided;
- refrain from unethical, discriminatory, or potentially dangerous behavior towards the Client;
- assume full responsibility for the actual performance of any agreement concluded with the Client.
- Administration Obligations
- The Platform Administration undertakes to:
- ensure the proper functioning of the Platform within the limits of technical capability;
- safeguard the confidentiality of Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws;
- respond to substantiated User inquiries within the timeframe set forth in this Agreement.
- The Administration is not obligated to:
- verify or approve each Listing;
- intervene in the legal relationships between Users, except in cases expressly provided by this Agreement or by law;
- compensate for damages caused by one User to another or to third parties in connection with the use of the Platform.
- User Rights
- Users have the right to:
- create a User Account and utilize the technical features of the Platform within the scope defined by this Agreement;
- contact the Administration with complaints, suggestions, or inquiries;
- request the deletion of their User Account and personal data in accordance with the established procedure;
- exercise their legal rights as granted by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
- Administration Rights
- The Platform Administration reserves the right to:
- modify the Platform’s functionality, suspend, or limit access to specific services at any time;
- conduct technical or content moderation of Listings that violate the rules of this Agreement;
- suspend or block a User’s Account in the event of violations of this Agreement;
- amend the provisions of this Agreement without prior notice to Users by publishing the updated version on the Platform.
- PAYMENT TERMS AND POTENTIAL MONETIZATION
- As of the effective date of this Agreement, the use of the Pospih.com Platform is free of charge. Creating a User Account, viewing Listings, submitting requests, engaging in chat communication, and other core Platform features are available to Users without any fee.
- All financial arrangements and payments between Clients and Carriers are carried out directly between the parties, independently of the Platform. The Administration is not a party to such agreements, does not act as an intermediary in transactions, and bears no responsibility for their execution.
- The Platform may be integrated with external payment service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Payment Providers”) that enable Users to pay each other directly. In such cases, the Administration provides only technical access to the payment interface, does not receive or process payment data, does not act as a recipient of funds, and does not facilitate financial intermediation.
- The terms and policies of the respective Payment Provider govern all transactions initiated via Payment Providers. The User bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the payment information, initiation, and confirmation of payment.
- The Platform Administration shall not be liable for:
- technical failures of the payment system;
- errors in the entry of payment details;
- delays in the crediting of funds;
- refunds or reimbursements related to payments made between Users.
- In the future, the Administration reserves the right to introduce paid services, including but not limited to:
- paid Listings (or access to posting beyond a free usage limit);
- priority placement of Listings in search results;
- promotional or visually highlighted content;
- access to additional Platform features (e.g., advanced filters, statistics, extended profiles);
- profile or vehicle verification services;
- other paid options, which will be communicated separately via the Platform interface or by publishing amendments to this Agreement.
- In the event that paid features are introduced:
- the pricing, ordering mechanism, and payment process will be clearly displayed in the Platform interface;
- payment will be deemed confirmation of the conclusion of a service agreement for the corresponding paid feature;
- amounts paid for such services shall be non-refundable, except where otherwise provided by specific terms or applicable law.
- ADVERTISING AND PARTNER CONTENT
- The User acknowledges and agrees that, while using the Platform, they may be presented with advertising materials, including banners, partner links, sponsored content, or personalized advertisements.
- Such advertising content may include banners, pop-up windows, partner hyperlinks, text or graphic elements, video ads, and other commercial or informational materials displayed on the Platform.
- This content may be provided either directly by the Platform Administration or by third parties (such as advertisers, partners, or affiliated entities) with whom the Platform cooperates on a contractual basis.
- Regarding personalized advertising, the Platform reserves the right to use anonymized or voluntarily submitted User data (such as geolocation, interests, device type, type of transport request, etc.) to deliver more relevant advertising content. The processing of such data is governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
- The Administration bears no responsibility for the content of advertisements provided by third parties, nor for any actions, offerings, or materials located outside the Platform, even if access to them was obtained via an advertising or partner element.
- Advertising content may appear in various sections of the Platform, including the User Account, Listing pages, search results, messaging interface, or service ordering flow.
- PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- During registration and while using the Platform’s features, the User provides personal data and confirms their consent to its processing within the scope permitted by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, specifically the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data."
- Consent to the processing of personal data is provided voluntarily by the User through the act of checking the corresponding box (checkbox) during registration or by actively using the Platform. This consent is a necessary condition for using the Platform.
- The Administration undertakes to ensure an appropriate level of protection for personal data and processes such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at: pospih.com/privacy_policy.
- The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a corresponding request to: support@pospih.com. However, withdrawal of consent may limit or render further use of the Platform impossible.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All components of the Pospih.com Platform - including its design, structure, interface, code, databases, logo, name, texts, graphics, audio and video materials, trademarks, and any other elements created or used by the Administration in the development and/or operation of the Platform—constitute objects of copyright, related rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights owned or lawfully licensed by the Administration.
- Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting the User any rights to use the Platform’s intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Administration, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law.
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any elements of the Platform for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
- Users agree that all Listings they publish on the Platform constitute their own content. However, by publishing such content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content within the scope of the Platform’s operation, including the rights to store, reproduce, display, adapt, translate, moderate, archive, and perform statistical analysis.
- The Administration reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect its rights, including initiating the removal or blocking of content that infringes intellectual property rights and contacting law enforcement agencies or courts, including in jurisdictions outside of Ukraine.
- PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- The User agrees to refrain from any actions that may harm the Platform, other Users, or violate the terms of this Agreement, the principles of good faith, applicable laws of Ukraine or the European Union, or international human rights standards.
- The use of the Platform, its functionality, or infrastructure is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:
- Posting or disseminating false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related rights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Publishing content that includes threats, insults, hate speech, discrimination, incitement to violence, or violations of others’ rights.
- Engaging in any activity that contradicts the intended purpose of the Platform, including offering goods or services prohibited by law, or facilitating the transportation of counterfeit, dangerous, illegal, taxable, or otherwise restricted items.
- Impersonating another person, creating fake accounts, or attempting to mislead other Users.
- Interfering with the operation of the Platform, including through the use of automated scripts, bots, data scraping, scanning, bypassing restrictions, vulnerability testing, DDOS attacks, or any other form of malicious activity.
- Sending unauthorized mass communications, spam, unsolicited commercial offers, or unethical marketing via the Platform’s functionality.
- Publishing private, confidential, or personal information of third parties without their explicit consent.
- Attempting to engage in intermediary, subcontracting, or commercial resale of access, services, or features of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Administration.
- Abusing the rating system, review mechanisms, or internal messaging tools, including for purposes of manipulation, blackmail, or coercion of other Users.
- In the event of a violation of this section, the Administration reserves the right to:
- restrict access to certain Platform features;
- temporarily or permanently suspend the User’s account;
- remove Listings or other content without prior notice;
- report the User’s conduct to the competent authorities if the actions may constitute an offense.
- The determination of whether a violation has occurred shall be made at the sole discretion of the Administration, taking into account the specific circumstances, reputational risks, the extent of potential or actual harm, and the overarching interest in the stable operation of the Platform.
- LIABILITY, LIMITATIONS, AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- The Pospih.com is provided to Users on an “as is” basis, without any warranties - express or implied - including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, commercial benefit, or compatibility with the User’s expectations. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform, nor the preservation or restoration of data.
- Users bear full and personal responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, and legality of any information they post or transmit via the Platform, as well as for actions taken as a result of interactions with other Users.
- The Platform Administration is not a participant, party, intermediary, or guarantor of any arrangement, transaction, or obligation concluded between Users via the Platform’s interface or functionality and bears no responsibility for their execution.
- Pospih.com is not a carrier, logistics operator, postal service, or delivery organizer. The Platform has no control over vehicles, drivers, routes, documentation, insurance policies, or licenses, and does not verify the identity or legal status of Users.
- The Administration shall not be held liable, including but not limited to, for:
- the quality, scope, timing, adequacy, or result of services agreed upon between Users;
- financial transactions between Users, including any losses or refund issues;
- the accuracy, completeness, or legality of Listings posted by Users;
- the preservation, integrity, completeness, loss, damage, or theft of cargo (packages);
- the physical safety of passengers, drivers, third parties, or property;
- compliance with traffic laws, speed limits, navigation, parking, customs, tax, or other regulations;
- the technical condition, appearance, hygiene, or cleanliness of transport vehicles;
- the conduct of carriers or passengers with respect to politeness, ethics, or safety;
- the payment of customs duties, taxes, administrative or excise fees related to cross-border transport or cargo movement, and any risks of delay, confiscation, seizure, or return of packages by customs, border, or other government authorities;
- any consequences of personal meetings, cargo exchanges, or communication between Users;
- the actions or omissions of third parties, fraud, misunderstandings, or any other violations beyond the Platform’s control.
- The Administration does not verify documents, driver's licenses, technical certificates, insurance policies, or licenses of Users and makes no guarantees regarding their validity or compliance with the law.
- Information posted by Users on the Platform is not subject to prior moderation or verification, and the Administration assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance.
- The Administration is not responsible for the processing, indexing, storage, or reuse of User-published information by third parties or by search engines, caching systems, or archival services. The User assumes all risks associated with the public posting of personal, commercial, or otherwise sensitive data on the Platform.
- Force Majeure. Neither party shall be held liable for full or partial failure to perform obligations resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to: war, acts of terrorism, states of emergency, natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, technical failures, or infrastructure disruptions.
- All risks associated with the use of the Platform, communication with other Users, travel, transportation, cargo exchange, storage or transfer, participation in meetings, or the conclusion of agreements through the Platform shall be borne exclusively by the Users engaging in such actions.
- INQUIRIES, COMPLAINTS, AND CLAIMS
- The User has the right to contact the Platform Administration regarding issues related to the operation of the Platform, technical difficulties, content moderation, suspected violations of this Agreement, abuse by other Users, and may submit a complaint or claim if the User believes that their rights or legitimate interests have been infringed.
- All inquiries, complaints, and claims must be submitted in writing via email to: support@pospih.com
- A valid submission must include:
- the User’s full name or the name of the legal entity;
- a contact email address;
- a clear description of the issue, complaint, or alleged violation;
- (if applicable) a link to the relevant page, Listing, or profile;
- substantiated demands and expectations regarding resolution.
- The Platform Administration undertakes to review the submission within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt. If additional information or verification is required, this period may be extended by up to fifteen (15) additional days, with notification sent to the User.
- The Administration reserves the right to:
- disregard any anonymous submission, contains inappropriate language, lacks coherent substance, or is repeated without presenting new arguments;
- deny any unsubstantiated request, contradicts the terms of this Agreement, or violates applicable law.
- Submissions relating to legal relationships between Users (rather than between a User and the Administration) are reviewed only within the Platform’s technical capacity and do not obligate the Administration to intervene in such interactions.
- The filing of a submission does not suspend the effect of this Agreement and does not entitle the User to compensation or to discontinue Platform usage until an official decision has been rendered.
- All submissions are processed by the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- All legal relations arising between the User and the Platform Administration shall be governed by the current legislation of Ukraine, regardless of the User’s location, jurisdiction of incorporation, or place of actual access to the Platform.
- In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties shall make every effort to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and/or by contacting the Administration by Section 12 of this Agreement.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through pre-trial negotiations, it shall be submitted to a competent court in Ukraine in accordance with applicable rules of territorial jurisdiction.
- All disputes between Users shall be resolved exclusively by the Users themselves, without the involvement of the Administration as a party or third party. The Administration shall not act as an arbitrator, mediator, or representative of any party in disputes arising from interactions between Users on the Platform.
- Use of the Platform by Users located outside Ukraine shall constitute automatic acceptance of the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts for all disputes with the Administration arising in connection with this Agreement or the operation of the Platform.
- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any conflict-of-law rules that would result in the application of foreign law or a change in jurisdiction are expressly excluded.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
- This Agreement constitutes a public offer with full legal effect under Articles 633, 638, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and shall be deemed equivalent to a contract concluded in writing.
- This Agreement is open and available for review on the Platform. Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is effected through actual use of the Platform, including but not limited to registration, publication of Listings, submission of requests, or use of any of the Platform’s features.
- The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, including by modifying the text of the Agreement published on the Platform. Such amendments shall take effect upon publication of the updated version, unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement.
- Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised terms. If the User disagrees with the updated terms, they must cease using the Platform.
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed wholly or partially invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- This Agreement is concluded in electronic form. All notices, documents, legal actions, and communications made via electronic means shall have legal force equivalent to those made in writing, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- This Agreement is drafted in the Ukrainian language. In the event of any translation into other languages, the Ukrainian version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancies.
- The date of the most recent update to this Agreement is indicated at the top of the page. The User is solely responsible for reviewing the current version of the terms.
